I recently came across a statement that sums up my philosophy on making healthy lifestyle changes-If you are not going to stick with it, what’s the point? Sure the diet of the minute might be gluten free or Paleo but if it doesn’t work for you jump off the band wagon. There are others ways to tailor your life and take bits and pieces from credible resources to create your own healthy habits. That is how you make changes-trying new things and tailoring them to fit your life. Simple right? Let’s get healthy together!

I have completed my Dietetic Internship! I gained experience in many areas of nutrition. Currently, I am studying for the Registered Dietetic Exam and beginning my job search.
